1st Annual Taste of Travers Celebration!

Friday Evening our fine team was proud to be part of the 1st Annual Taste of Travers Celebration presented by Prestwick Chase at Saratoga to benefit the Adult and Senior Center, held at the National Museum of Dance. The Travers-themed Gala honored the 2015 Travers Stakes Winner Keen Ice. What. a. blast!!!

The fun-filled event featured 2 parties under the same tent – the VIP lounge and the Paddock. Our lead event designer, Michael Panza, created each party to have their own facade yet intermixing them into one lively event! On the Paddock side, rows of red and white striped linens topped with a mixture of red and white lamps and Saratoga Water Bottles filled with beautiful white hydrangeas, hugged the dance-floor.

On the VIP lounge side, guests entered through an exclusive private entrance, were greeted with a welcome drink and were able to enjoy the Keen Ice VIP lounge, special top-shelf tastings and an open bar by William Grant & Sons, E&J Gallo and Empire Merchants. Along with the VIP tables, our cabana lounge was designed reflecting Keen Ice’s silk colors; Green and Yellow. Delicately placed around the VIP party were absolutely gorgeous green and yellow floral ‘boat’ arrangements, provided by The Posie Pedler. Every detail adorned the most important aspect of the VIP party: Keen Ice.

Delicious Mini lobster rolls, zucchini fries, mac and cheese and late night turkey club bites kept guests’ mouths watering, thanks to the Old Daley Custom Catering. It’s not a party without the talented Grand Central Station keeping the dance floor full of action all. night. long!

15th Annual Hattie’s Mardi Gras

It’s that time of year again! Time to dust off your beads and masks for the 15th Annual Hattie’s Mardi Gras Celebration at the Canfield Casino in Saratoga Springs, NY! This party is one of the best that our city has to offer and this year will be no different!

In honor of their 50th Anniversary, Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) is the proud recipient of the 15th Annual Hattie’s Mardi Gras.

Our Fine Affairs team will transform the Canfield Casino into “New Orleans of the North”. Guests will enjoy the culinary expertise of Hattie’s Restaurant Chef and owner, Jasper Alexander and dance the night away to the sounds of Garland Nelson and Soul Session! And of course, the silent auction will be full of amazing items for guests to bid on!

Tim and Nikki’s Lakeridge/Wm. H. Buckley Farm Wedding

Perfect couple, amazing venue and the best vendors in the industry made this October 3rd wedding nothing short of spectacular! Tim and Nikki first approached our owner, Geriann Eddy, to help them design their intimate farm wedding in Ballston Lake, NY. As the couple got closer to the date they knew they were going to need a Day of Wedding Coordinator.

If you’re looking for a unique rustic themed venue for your wedding or next event you HAVE to check out Buckley Farm! They have recently renovated their grounds that include multiple barns and stables, covered outdoor areas, a pond and views of Ballston Lake. Another outstanding vendor was Classic Crust, who Nikki and Tim used as their catering vendor. Julie and her staff were super professional and their food….OMG their food!!! Seriously some of the best pizza we’ve ever had! We can’t wait to work with Classic Crust again, and again, and again!
